Site Purchase Orders
Site Purchase Orders are designed to provide a simpler Purchase Order Entry mechanism for use on site either through a browser or through the Mobile App. The dat entry grid is very simple with a limited number of options. It is a fairly common practice to use Site Purchase orders as Site requisitions where the person entering doesn't have authority to create actual purchase orders but can create Site Purchase Orders and once the Site Order has been workflowed through to a full Purchase Order and approved, they are notified of the Purchase Order number. The main components of the order are:-
- who are you buying from
- which job and job task it for
- what is it
- how much is it.
Initially in the development of the site purchase order, it was only possible to order one item at a time however now it is possible to add an unlimited number of items. The processes behind Site Purchase Orders generally are tailored to each organisation.
